I’m Filippo and I work as a Manager for Be Switzerland.
After earning my Master’s Degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, I entered the Consulting world in 2017, first at Deloitte and then at Be Shaping the Future. I specialize in the Financial Services and Capital Markets industry, working on a variety of projects for major financial institutions.
I joined Be in 2021, first at Be Italy and then at Be Switzerland since October 2024.
In Consulting, you have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across a wide range of topics and clients, always facing new challenges that encourage you to learn and grow. Additionally, it allows you to see the tangible impact of your work, helping clients reshape and transform their businesses and operating models.
I’m currently working on a project for one of the leading pan-European Capital Markets infrastructure providers, specifically with its Clearing House. The project is exciting, because it allows me to learn more about a unique institution that is a core component of the financial system and it involves an international team with expertise across a broad range of services for financial infrastructures.
The HR Manager gave me a warm and wonderful welcome when I joined Be Switzerland. Finding a box of Swiss chocolates on top of my new laptop was the perfect touch to start my first day. All my colleagues have been incredibly kind, making me feel at home from day one.
I have two big passions for my spare time: Sports (I’ve been a basketball player since I was a kid, and I enjoy playing all kinds of sports) and traveling around the world (the more exotic the destination, the better)
